Effects of nutrient salts with different phosphorus concentrations on the growth of Scenedesmus obliqnus and the components of carbon, nitrogen and phosphorus in it

不同磷质量浓度营养盐对斜生栅藻生长及其碳、氮、磷组成的影响

Abstract: An experiment was carried out to evaluate effects of nutrient salts with different phosphorus concentrations on the growth of Scenedesmus obliqnus and the chemical compositions in it. In this study, six groups of culture solution with different initial concentrations (0.0054, 0.054, 0.54, 2.7, 5.4 and 8.1 mg / L respectively) were prepared, and the non-phosphorus BG11 culture solution was used as the blank control group. The results showed that the cell density, dry weight and growth rate increased with the increase of phosphorus concentration; the optimum concentration range of phosphorus is 5.4 ~ 8.1 mg / L for the growth of Scenedesmus obliqnus; the growth limiting effect of phosphorus on Scenedesmus obliqnus was detected under the concentrations ranged from 0.0054 to 0.054 mg/L; the volume of individual cell increased significantly when the phosphorus concentration is limited; the contents of C, N and P in Scenedesmus obliqnus increased with the increase of phosphorus concentration; there is a slight difference between the ratio between the contents of C and N in Scenedesmus obliqnus, which ranged from 11:1 to 14:1 under various phosphorus concentrations; and tthe ratio between the contents of C and P and the ratio between the contents of N and P decreased sharply with the increase of phosphorus concentration; It is concluded that different phosphorus concentrations have significant effects on the growth of Scenedesmus obliqnus and the chemical composition in it.

摘要: 为研究不同磷(P)质量浓度营养盐对斜生栅藻(Scenedesmus obliqnus)生长和碳(C)、氮(N)及磷(P)组成的影响,试验通过配制0.0054、0.054、0.54、2.7、5.4和8.1 mg/L共6个不同初始磷质量浓度梯度的培养液组,同时设置无磷BG11培养液为空白对照组。结果显示:斜生栅藻的细胞密度、干重及生长率随着磷质量浓度的增加而增加;斜生栅藻的最佳生长磷质量浓度范围为5.4~8.1 mg/L;磷质量浓度为0.0054、0.054 mg/L时是斜生栅藻的生长限制因子,在磷限制的情况下,斜生栅藻单个细胞个体显著增大;斜生栅藻的C、N、P含量则随着磷质量浓度的升高而升高;在不同磷质量浓度下,斜生栅藻的C:N比差异不大(11:114:1);C:P比及N:P比随着磷质量浓度的增高而急剧减少。研究表明:不同磷质量浓度对斜生栅藻的生长、藻体的化学组成有显著的影响。
