Abstract: Developing equipped deep-sea aquaculture is currently a national strategic direction, a key to breaking through traditional breeding models and spaces, and transforming from a big breeder to a powerful breeder. It is also an indispensable part of building a marine power.In Fujian Province,the equipped deep-sea aquaculture is still in its early stages,this article reviews the development process of Fujian Province's equipped deep-sea aquaculture. Through analyzing the construction entities, operation models, breeding objects, product sales, and investment returns of 14 large-scale equipped deep-sea aquaculture facilities built in Fujian Province, it is found that although the state and local governments strongly support equipped deep-sea aquaculture and have taken a crucial first step, there are still problems such as high equipment costs, lack of breeding species, incompatible breeding techniques, poor market sales of adult products, and insufficient industrial chain extension. This has led to the situation where equipped deep-sea aquaculture has remained in a dilemma of high investment and low output so far. On the contrary, some small-scale deep-sea aquaculture equipment has shown vitality and potential, and has developed to a certain scale in some areas. In summary, equipped deep-sea aquaculture is the future development direction, and it is a general trend for Fujian Province to accelerate the development of equipped deep-sea aquaculture. However, the industrial development requires careful planning in terms of industrial layout and breeding models, and requires more support in terms of capital, technology, policies, and so on.This article adheres to a problem-oriented approach, and proposes countermeasures and suggestions for the development of equipped deep-sea aquaculture in five areas: breakthroughs in quantity, improvements in quality, strengthening in intelligence, focusing on support, and improving in chain. It is hoped that this article can provide a reference for Fujian Province to vigorously develop equipped deep-sea aquaculture.

摘要： 发展装备型深远海养殖是当前国家的战略方向，是突破传统养殖模式与空间，实现从养殖大国到养殖强国转变的关键，亦是建设海洋强国不可或缺的一环。本研究回顾了福建省装备型深远海养殖的发展历程，通过福建省已建设14台大型深远海养殖装备的建设主体、运营模式、养殖对象、成品销售、投资收益进行分析，得出当前虽然国家、地方政府大力支持装备型深远海养殖，并已经迈出关键的第一步，但是存在装备造价过高、养殖品种欠缺、养殖技术不匹配、养成品市场销售不畅、产业链延伸不够等问题，导致迄今为止装备型深远海养殖一直处于大投入少产出的困境。与之相反，一些小型化的深远海养殖装备展现出活力与生机，在部分地区已经发展一定规模。总结而言，装备型深远海养殖是未来的发展方向，福建省加快发展装备型深远海养殖是大趋势，但产业发展在产业布局、养殖模式等方面需好好谋划，同时还需要更多的资金、技术、政策等方面支持。
