基于直接计算法的聚乙烯渔船船体结构强度研究

Research on hull structure strength of polyethylene fishing boat based on direct calculation method

摘要: 为保证聚乙烯渔船船体结构强度,提升聚乙烯渔船质量,以船长10.10 m线性低密度聚乙烯渔船为研究对象,采用ANSYS软件建立渔船有限元模型,依据现行技术法规相关要求,分析典型工况弯扭组合载荷作用下总纵强度对渔船结构安全的影响,通过调整船舶长深比和保证主船体活鱼舱处结构的连续性的方法,研究了船舶主尺度比和船体结构件连续性对主船体总纵强度的影响程度。研究发现,聚乙烯渔船原材料质量是保证船体结构安全的首要要素,小型聚乙烯船舶有校核整船总纵强度的必要性,合适的船舶主尺度可以明显提高渔船总纵强度,船舶设计建造时保证纵向结构完整及连续性更有利于总纵弯曲应力的过渡。本研究采用的直接计算法思路可为聚乙烯渔船结构强度的研究提供借鉴,为聚乙烯渔船的结构优化设计提供参考。

Abstract: To ensure the strength of the hull structure of polyethylene fishing boats and improve the quality of polyethylene fishing boats, a 10.10 m long linear low-density polyethylene fishing boat was taken as the research object, and the finite element model of fishing boats was established by using ANSYS software. According to the relevant requirements of the current technical regulations, the impact of the total longitudinal strength on the safety of fishing boat structures under the combined bending and torsion loads under typical working conditions was analyzed. Through the method of adjusting the length depth ratio of the ship and ensuring the continuity of the structure at the main hull fish compartment, The influence of the ratio of the ship's principal dimensions and the continuity of hull structural members on the longitudinal strength of the main hull is studied. It can be seen from the research that the quality of raw materials of polyethylene fishing boats is the primary factor to ensure the safety of the hull structure. It is necessary for small polyethylene ships to check the overall longitudinal strength of the whole ship. Proper main dimensions of the ship can significantly improve the overall longitudinal strength of fishing boats. Ensuring the integrity and continuity of the longitudinal structure during ship design and construction is more conducive to the transition of the overall longitudinal bending stress. The direct calculation method adopted in this study can provide a reference for the research on the structural strength of polyethylene fishing vessels and the structural optimization design of polyethylene fishing vessels.
