Structure strength analysis of operation platform in fish tank based on sloshing loads

摘要: 为抵抗养鱼水舱内水体晃荡等载荷,需要设计舱内操作平台使其达到使用要求和规范衡准。根据船型参数和舱型确定作用在该平台上的水体晃荡载荷,然后采用直接计算方法,建立包括该平台结构的舱段有限元模型,对舱段加载局部载荷和总体载荷,校核该平台在局部载荷和总体载荷联合作用下的强度并对其进行分析。结果显示:该平台的设计满足规范衡准要求,该平台结构属于结构分类的其他项,衡准为195N/mm2,经过计算分析,操作平台结构最大应力为124 N/mm2。研究表明,晃荡载荷对该平台强度影响最大,该操作平台晃荡载荷计算和强度分析方法为后续船设计提供参考。

Abstract: To resist water sloshing loads in the fish water tank, the platform needs to be designed to meet operational requirements and standards. According to ship form parameters and tank type to determine sloshing loads on the platform, and then uses the direct calculation method, built finite element model including the part of the structure of the platform, loading the local loads and global loads act on the compartment structure, check the platform strength under local loads combined with global loads. Through calculation and analysis, the results show that the design of the platform meets the standard requirements, the platform structure belongs to the other items of the structure classification, the standard is 195 N/mm2, and the maximum stresses of the operation platform structure are 124N/mm2. So the sloshing loads have the greatest influence on the strength of the platform. The method of the sloshing load calculation and strength analysis of the operation platform can provide a reference for the subsequent ship design.
