养殖工船电力推进调距桨动力系统策略

摘要: 为解决深远海养殖工船电力推进系统复杂,存在谐波干扰,设备空间占用多,系统成本高等问题,结合动力系统适渔性需求,采用了一种变频软起动的电力推进调距桨动力系统设计方法。经过比较该系统配置方案,研究该系统起动和运行过程中推进电机和螺旋桨的特性曲线,对比分析调距桨动力系统的造价和性能。结果显示:该电力推进调距桨动力系统可以简化动力系统配电网络,降低了配电装置成本,提高了系统冗余度,减少了电网谐波。研究表明:该方案具有经济性、可行性、可靠性、适渔性。

Abstract:  In order to solve the problems of complex electric propulsion system, harmonic interference, large equipment space occupation and high system cost of a deep sea aquaculture platform, a design method of variable frequency soft start electric propulsion pitch control propeller power system is adopted in combination with the requirements of the power system for fishing. After comparing the configuration scheme of the system, studying the characteristic curves of the propulsion motor and propeller during the startup and operation of the system, and comparing and analyzing the cost and performance of the controllable pitch propeller power system, it is concluded that the electric propulsion controllable pitch propeller power system can simplify the power distribution network of the power system, reduce the cost of the power distribution device, improve the system redundancy, and reduce the harmonic of the power grid. The research shows that the scheme is economical, feasible, reliable and suitable for fishing.
