Abstract

 With the continuous fusion of ocean engineering equipment and aquaculture technology, the aquaculture ship has become one of the most important aquaculture platforms at the present stage in our country. In order to realize the process control of far-reaching Marine aquaculture industrial production, real-time monitoring and automatic control; In the light of the characteristics of engineering ship and breeding requirements, basic process based on the deep sea aquaculture,the four-layer network architecture of information layer, management layer, control layer and equipment layer is built by analyzing the functions of the farming centralized control system, equipped with redundant servers, and controller hardware facilities, such as targeted development automatic regulation valve control, dissolved oxygen and sea water pump fault automatic processing and other control logic, Write the PC interface, developed a set of ship central control system, realize the monitoring and centralized display of breeding parameters, water exchange and the automatic control of the dissolved oxygen and production management, and other functions, and after testing result verification, greatly reduce the staff workload, reduce the human error probability, guarantee the normal development of fishery production.
