Abstract

Aiming at the requirements of intensive and automatic control of multiple tanks on a 100 000ton deep-sea aquaculture engineering vessel an automatic feeding system was designed, which can be remotely controlled centralized, quantified, fixed speed, and fault diagnosis. To reduce the influence of ship roll and trim on the measuring accuracy of the load cell, the feeding weight is calculated by using the method of open-loop control of the speed of the feeder and feed bulk density; The pipeline pressure PID control method was used to reduce the feed breakage rate in pneumatic conveying with different pipeline lengths. The experimental results showed that the feeding error was less than 2.5% and the average breakage rate was 0.49%. It is a set of dry pellet feed feeding systems that can be popularized and applied to large mobile engineering ship feeding modes.
