Abstract

In order to investigate the effect of ship noise on weight, cortisol and some immune indices of Salmo salar, Salmo salar with an average weight of (44.01±11.0)g was selected. The changes in weight and ORT, AKP) and total bilirubin levels of Salmo salar were measured by testing the noise processing group [(120±5)dB, (150±5)dB)] and the control group. The results revealed no significant difference in the weight of Salmo salar between the test group and the control group (P>0.05), but significant difference in the total bilirubin,  alkaline phosphatase and cortisol from the beginning to the end of the test (P<0.05); on the10th day, the mass concentration of the test group was significantly higher than that of the control group, showing a trend of first rising, and then falling to stabilized. The difference between the groups was significant (P<0.05).The mass concentration of the biochemical indexes showed a trend of first going up, then down to stabilized. This study provides a reference for industrial healthly farming of Salmo salar .
