Abstract: Fish pumps are important mechanized equipment for catching and transporting fish. Current fish pump study focuses on preventing fish from injury and improving fish survival rate. Fish bodies are likely to be cut by the inlet edges of the impeller blades when the fish passes through double-blade fish pumps. The impeller of the double-channel impeller fish pump is composed of two space channels, which enables the media to have strong passage capacity and good non-clogging performance, so the impeller will not injure fish bodies. It proves that the double-channel impeller fish pump is an ideal substitute type for the double-blade impeller fish pump, thus has been widely used in industry, but so far which has not been applied in fisheries. This paper introduces the hydraulic design method of the impeller and the volute of the double-channel impeller fish pump, and expounds with an example in details the process of three-dimensional modeling of the double-channel impeller fish pump based by SolidWorks. The research shows that it is feasible to use SolidWorks for three-dimensional modeling of double-channel impeller fish pumps, which is of important significance for carrying out further intensive research on double-channel impeller fish pumps and promoting the application of double-channel impeller pumps in deep sea cage aquaculture and offshore fisheries.

摘要： 吸鱼泵是鱼类起捕与输送的重要机械化设备。确保鱼体无损伤并提高存活率是目前吸鱼泵研究的重点。鱼体在通过双叶片吸鱼泵的过程中容易受到叶片进口端的切割而损伤。双流道吸鱼泵的叶轮由两个空间通道组成，介质通过能力强，无堵塞性好，不会对鱼体造成损伤，是双叶片吸鱼泵的理想替代型式。双流道泵在工业领域中已被广泛使用，但在渔业方面至今仍是空白。本文介绍了双流道吸鱼泵叶轮及蜗壳的水力设计方法，结合实例详细阐述了采用SolidWorks进行双流道吸鱼泵三维实体造型的过程。研究表明：采用SolidWorks进行双流道吸鱼泵三维造型是切实可行的，对于深入开展双流道吸鱼泵研究，以及在深海网箱养殖和远洋渔业中进行推广应用双流道吸鱼泵具有重要意义。
