In order to reduce the damage rate of feed particles and reduce the energy loss of rated conveying rate in the feed conveying process of ship-borne feeder. The effects of inlet wind speed and joint bend diameter on gas-solid two-phase flow characteristics of feed pipeline were analyzed by CFD-EDEM coupling simulation method. The influences of inlet wind speed at 20, 26, 30 and 40 m/s, joint bend diameters at 60, 90, 120 and 180 mm on particle movement characteristics and airflow field distribution were compared and analyzed. The results showed that the number of feed particle collisions and the pressure loss of airflow field were lower when the inlet wind speed was 26-30 m/s.When the bending diameter of the joint is 120 mm, the feed particles are transported smoothly, the air distribution is uniform and the energy loss is low. Therefore, choosing the inlet wind speed of 26 m/s and the joint bend diameter near 120 mm can effectively reduce the breakage rate of feed particles and the energy loss of pneumatic conveying of the ship-borne feeder. This study can provide theoretical reference for the feeding operation and equipment research of Golden Pompano in ship-borne feeder.
