Abstract:
In order to enhance the survival and health status of Monopterus albus in early stocking, the variation of food consumption rate of cage-captured and electrofishing Monopterus albus was studied indoor under weak light less than 100lx and limitless consumption, and the effects of domestication on daily feeding rhythm were discussed. The research found that food consumption of electrofishing Monopterus albus was mainly at 19:00-22:00 (P<0.01), while cage-captured Monopterus albus had no apparent peak of food consumption (P>0.05). The electrofishing, cage-captured and domesticated Monopterus albus all showed apparent diurnal feeding rhythm (P<0.05): more active food consumption at night than that by day, and ceased food consumption for some periods by day. The Monopterus albus domesticated at 18:00 had one peak of food consumption at 18:00-19:00 daily (P<0.01), and there was no significant difference in proportion of food consumption between Monopterus albus feeding once a day and once every two days (P >0.05). The research showed that there was a definite diurnal feeding rhythm on Monopterus albus, electrofishing Monopterus albus also could be used in artificial breeding, and domestication at afternoon would help Monopterus albus to form a single peak diurnal feeding rhythm.

摘要: 为了提高黄鳝放养初期的存活率和健康状况,在室内光照度小于100 Lx的弱光和不限食条件下,研究笼捕和电捕黄鳝的食物消耗率变化规律,探讨驯化对黄鳝日摄食节律的影响。研究发现:电捕黄鳝摄食活动集中于19:00—22:00(P <0.01),笼捕黄鳝没有明显的摄食高峰期(P >0.05)。电捕和笼捕黄鳝以及食物驯化的黄鳝都表现出明显的昼夜摄食节律(P <0.05),夜晚摄食活动比白天活跃,白天有一段时间停止摄食活动。18:00驯化的黄鳝每天18:00—19:00有1个摄食高峰期(P <0.01),每天定时定点投饵1次和每2 d定时定点投饵1次的驯化对黄鳝不同时段的摄食比例没有显著影响(P >0.05)。研究表明:黄鳝昼夜摄食节律明显,电捕黄鳝也可人工养殖,午后驯化有助于黄鳝形成单峰值昼夜摄食节律。
