摘要

迪尼玛(Dyneema®)纤维是一种超高分子量聚乙烯纤维,相较于普通聚乙烯纤维具有高强度的特点,正逐渐成为拖网网囊及捕捞钓线的首选材料。为研究迪尼玛纤维钓线性能指标,使用电子织物强度机及电脑纱线耐磨试验仪对2种结构、8种规格的16种迪尼玛纤维钓线进行断裂强度与耐磨性能研究。结果显示:迪尼玛纤维钓线的断裂强度随拉伸速度的增大而变小(P<0.01);在耐磨性试验中,同种结构迪尼玛纤维钓线单位线密度磨断次数最小的为4股编1号和8股编1号,最大为4股编8号和8股编8号,4股编钓线的断裂强度保持率随着线密度的增大而增加,8股编钓线经过3 min、15 min磨损后,8号钓线的断裂强度保持率最高(P<0.01),经过6、9、12 min摩损后,7号钓线的断裂强度保持率最高(P<0.01)。本研究表明迪尼玛纤维钓线的断裂强度及耐磨性与其直径、线密度的大小有关,直径及线密度越大,断裂强度及单位线密度磨断次数越高;直径及线密度越小,断裂强度及单位线密度磨断次数越小。

Abstract

Dyneema® fiber is a kind of ultra high molecular weight polyethylene fiber. Compared with ordinary polyethylene fiber, it has the characteristics of high strength. It is gradually becoming the material of choice for trawl bag and fishing twine. In order to study the performance indexes of Dyneema® fiber fishing twine, the breaking strength and abrasion resistance of 16 types of Dyneema® fiber fishing twine with 2 structures and 8 specifications were studied using an electronic fabric strength machine and a computerized yarn abrasion tester. The results show that the breaking strength of Dyneema® fiber fishing twine decreases with the increase of tensile speed (P<0.01); in the abrasion resistance test, 4 braids No. 1 and 8 braids No. 1 have the minimum number of breaks per unit linear density of the Dyneema® fiber fishing twine of the same structure, while 4 braids No. 8 and 8 braids No. 8 have the maximum number. The retention rate of breaking strength of 4 braids fishing twine increases with the increase of linear density. After the 8 braids fishing twine was worn for 3 min and 15 min, the retention rate of breaking strength of No. 8 fishing twine is the highest (P<0.01), and after worn for 6, 9, and 12 min, the retention rate of breaking strength of No. 7 fishing twine is the highest (P<0.01). This study shows that the breaking strength and abrasion resistance of Dyneema® fiber fishing twine are related to the diameter and linear density. The larger the diameter and linear density, the higher the breaking strength and the number of breaks per unit linear density; the smaller the diameter and linear density, the smaller the breaking strength and the number of breaks per unit linear density.
