摘要

为实现远洋渔船更新、改造和升级,逐步实现远洋渔船专业化、标准化和现代化的目标,依托渔船数字化研发平台,利用船型主尺度和主参数论证、渔船船型优化方法和综合性能分析、中小型渔船球艏球艉节能措施应用、渔船船机桨参数优化匹配研究、拖网渔船标准化配套高效捕捞机械液压传动系统研究等指导方法系统开展了320 总吨远洋双甲板拖网渔船船型优化设计。通过船型示范推广,证明该船设计合理、配套设备技术先进、舱室布局合理,适航性、快速性、操纵性和安全性等综合性能相比同类船型优点明显,节能20%以上,经济效益可观,解决了远洋中小型拖网渔船总吨位受限下的船型优化及降阻节能和双甲板安全性等一些关键技术问题,相关技术成果的应用对推进我国远洋拖网渔船更新改造工作将发挥重要的技术支撑作用。

Abstract

In order to achieve the goal of ocean-going fishing vessel renewal, transformation and upgrading and gradually realize the specialization, standardization and modernization of ocean-going fishing vessels, by relying on the digital research and development platform of fishing vessels, the optimization design of 320 GT ocean-going double deck trawlers is systematically carried out by means of the main dimensions and main parameters of vessel form, optimization method and comprehensive performance analysis of fishing vessel form, application of energy-saving measures of bulbous bow and stern ball of small and medium sized fishing vessels, optimization and matching study of parameters of fishing vessel engine and propeller, and research on high efficiency fishing machinery hydraulic drive system of trawlers. Through the demonstration and popularization of the vessel form, it is proved that the design of the vessel is reasonable, the supporting equipment is technologically advanced, the layout of the cabin is reasonable, and the comprehensive performance such as seaworthiness, rapidity, maneuverability and safety is obviously better than similar vessels. The energy saving is over 20%, the economic benefits are considerable, solving some key technical problems of vessel form optimization, resistance reduction, energy saving and double deck safety for ocean-going small and medium-sized trawlers subject to the gross tonnage limit, and the application of relevant technical achievements will play an important role in promoting the renewal and transformation of China’s ocean-going trawlers.
