摘要

随着国家对沿海渔业防灾减灾体系和现代化渔港体系建设的日益重视,亟需开展渔港工程相关领域的技术研究,提高集成创新能力和引进消化再创新能力,推进渔港现代化和促进渔业高质量发展。该文系统总结了中国渔港在防灾减灾、工程模拟、渔港软基处理及防波堤码头新结构等方面的研究现状,分析了发达国家在渔港发展战略和相关规划、防灾减灾、环境保护、自然协调型渔港建设等方面的研究进展,对比了国内与国际的差距,探讨了我国渔港及防灾减灾工程今后的发展趋势,在规划技术、防灾减灾技术、设施建设技术、生态环保技术等方面提出了“十四五”的研究方向。

Abstract

With the increasing attention to the construction of coastal fishery disaster prevention and mitigation system and modern fishing port system, it is urgent to carry out relevant technical research in fishing port engineering, improve the ability of integrated innovation and introduce and digest the ability of re-innovation, and promote the modernization of fishing port and the high-quality development of fisheries. In this paper, the research status of disaster prevention and mitigation, engineering simulation, soft foundation treatment and new structure of breakwater wharf in China is systematically summarized, the research progress of fishing port development strategy and related planning, disaster prevention and mitigation, environmental protection and natural coordinated fishing port construction in developed countries is analyzed, the development trend of disaster prevention and mitigation project on fishing port in China in the future is discussed by comparing the gap between domestic and international, and the research direction of the 14th five year plan in the aspects of planning technology, disaster prevention and mitigation technology, facility construction technology and eco-environmental technology is put forward.
