摘要

玻璃钢渔船性能优异,但当前业内处置废旧玻璃钢渔船采用简单拆解填埋或焚烧处置,存在环境污染的风险,将直接影响玻璃钢渔船的进一步推广。随着中国玻璃钢渔船的数量增加以及大型化,废弃处置问题将越来越严重。本文借鉴中国钢质海船拆解的成功经验,结合玻璃钢渔船船体材料特性、连接工艺和设备安装工艺,分析玻璃钢渔船拆解过程中的环境、经济问题,提出一套适用于玻璃钢渔船的绿色拆解与回收利用工艺流程。该拆解流程充分考虑玻璃钢的物理化学特性,以水射流切割和等离子气化为主要技术,从制定拆解计划、检测、清洗、设备拆除、船体拆解、废料回收,再到施工区域清理,经济高效、绿色环保,能够为未来中国大型玻璃钢渔船退役后的处置提供技术支持。

Abstract

The performance of FRP fishing vessels is excellent. However, the waste FRP fishing vessels are simply dismantled and disposed in landfill or incinerated in the current industry, which poses the risk of environmental pollution and will affect the further promotion of FRP fishing vessels directly. With the growing quantity and dimension of FRP fishing vessels in China, the problem of disposal will become more and more serious. The paper draws lessons from the successful experience of steel ship dismantling in China, considers the hull material properties, connecting process and equipment installation process of FRP fishing vessels, analyzes the environmental and economic problems in the process of FRP fishing vessel dismantling, and puts forward a set of suitable green dismantling and recycling process for FRP fishing vessels. The physical and chemical properties of FRP are fully considered in the dismantling process. Water jet cutting and plasma gasification technology is used as main technology. Dismantling planning, testing, cleaning, equipment demolishing, hull dismantling and recycling and the construction area cleaning are covered in it. Economic, efficient, green and environmental, it will provide technical support for future disposal of waste large FRP fishing vessels in China.
