远海钢质养殖平台锚泊模型试验研究

Experimental study on the mooring model test of offshore aquaculture steel platform

摘要: 为保证钢质养殖平台在远海恶劣海况下安全性,对养殖平台锚泊方案进行风、浪、流水池模型试验论证。根据模型试验的相似准则,采用养殖平台与模型几何相似、水池流体动力相似与非定常流动相似、模型缆绳与实体满足弹性相似条件。通过试验,测出在不同大小和方向的风、浪、流作用下每根缆绳的受力值、养殖平台模型的运动状态、位移和方向。结果显示:在横风、横浪和横流(都为90°)工况下,缆绳受力最大,最大值为114.96 kN,垂荡和橫摇运动量最大,垂荡最大值7.99 m,橫摇最大值12.25°;在斜风、斜浪和斜流(都为45°)工况下,纵摇运动量最大,最大值为8.4 m;波浪越高,缆绳受力也越大,养殖平台运动量也变大。研究表明:与船级社指南对比,在各个工况下,该养殖平台锚泊方案符合船级社系泊指南要求。

Abstract: In order to ensure that safety of the steel platform for aquaculture under adverse sea condition, the wind, wave and running water pool model tests of the platform were conducted to demonstrate the mooring scheme. According to the similarity criterion of model tests, the similarity conditions were adopted where the aquaculture platform is similar to the model geometry, the pool fluid dynamics is similar to the non-constant flow, and the model cable and the actual cable are similar to each other in elasticity. The force-bearing value of each rope, the movement, displacement and direction of the platform model under different force and directions of wind, wave and flow were measured. The results showed that under the working conditions of cross wind, cross wave and cross flow(90°), the cable bears the largest force, with the maximum value of 114.96 kN, the platform makes the largest amount of motions under the influence of heaving and rolling, with the maximum value of 7.99 m and 12.55° respectively; under the working condition of yaw wind, oblique wave and oblique flow(45°), the platform makes the largest amount of motions under the influence of pitching with the maximum value of 8.4m; the results show that the wave is higher, the cable force is greater and the ship freedom motion value also larger. Compared with the classification society's guide, the mooring scheme of the breeding platform accords with the guidance requirement of classification society mooring.
