摘要: 针对船舶交流电力推进系统在使用中的谐波干扰和危害问题,对目前已经应用的几种船用谐波抑制方式,包括无源滤波(PE)、有源滤波(APF)、多脉冲整流滤波和脉冲宽度调制(PWM)整流等多种方案进行了优劣势比较,从实际应用的角度出发,设计了一种将有源滤波与无源滤波结合使用的混合型滤波器,并将其应用于船舶电力推进系统;介绍了系统结构、控制电路工作原理。以实船测试数据为依据,对无源滤波和混合滤波系统进行了对比分析,得出了混合滤波系统的滤波效果更优,性价比更高的结论,为渔业和其他类型的船舶电力推进系统谐波抑制设计提供了一种新的解决方案。

Abstract: In allusion to harmonic interference and harm in application of marine AC electric propulsion system, the advantages and disadvantages of several marine harmonic suppression methods applied at present, including PF, APF, multi-pulse rectifier filter and PWM rectifier, are compared, and a hybrid filter combining PF with APF is designed from the perspective of practical application and applied to marine electric propulsion system; the system structure and control circuit working principle are introduced. Contrastive analysis of PF and hybrid filter system is conducted based on practical ship test data, from which it is concluded that the hybrid filter system has better filtering effect and higher cost performance, thus a new solution is provided for harmonic suppression design of marine electric propulsion system of fishery and other industries.
