捕鱼和返港工况下远洋秋刀鱼船整船强度分析

摘要: 以某远洋秋刀鱼船为研究对象,利用挪威船级社的DNV SESAM软件,对目标船型在捕鱼中和丰收返港工况中起网与不起网状态下的波浪载荷进行长期预报,分析了舷外起网对渔船波浪外载荷的影响;通过建立秋刀鱼船三维整船的有限元结构模型,基于设计波法利用SESTRA模块对船型在丰收返港工况下起网与否的全船结构强度进行计算与分析。结果显示:1)在选取的工况下,丰收返港工况的垂直波浪弯矩和扭矩均大于捕鱼中工况;2)在结构强度和变形方面,船型总纵强度应力和扭转强度应力均能满足规范的相关要求。本研究可为渔船海上舷外起网作业提供指导,也可为结合渔船实际作业工况的疲劳强度分析提供参考。

Abstract: An oceangoing Cololabis saira ship was taken as a research object and DNV SESAM was used for long term forecast of sea load on the target ship under fishing and inward bound conditions with or without hauling and for analysis of the effect of outboard hauling on wave load of ship. The 3D finite element model of Cololabis saira ship was established, and the structural strength of the whole ship under inward bound condition with or without hauling was calculated and analyzed with SESTRA based on the design wave method. The results show that: 1) under the selected conditions, the vertical wave bending moment and torque under inward bound condition are greater than those under fishing condition. 2) In terms of structural strength and deformation, the longitudinal strength stress and torsional strength stress of the ship can meet relevant requirements of the code. This paper could provide guidance for outboard hauling of ship, and provide reference for fatigue strength analysis by combining with actual working conditions of ship.
