池塘智能喷药船的设计与试验

摘要: 随着水产养殖品种的不断更新,养殖中疾病不断变异,治疗越来越难,药物使用量越来越大。针对大面积水产养殖过程中依靠人工撒药造成费工费时、劳动强度大、效率低的特点,设计了一款池塘智能喷药船。池塘智能喷药船除了传统的船体、螺旋桨及舵机外,还包括由通讯定位模块、机电控制模块以及以Android平台为基础的远程控制模块组成的智能系统。通过远程控制模块规划行进路线,并通过船上的通讯定位模块操控机电控制模块,达到操作智能喷药船前进、转向、喷药的目的。结果显示,智能喷药船规划好行进路线后,与人工施药相比,减少劳动强度90%以上,施药效率提高6.5倍,而且施药均匀,减少浪费,同时还能降低药物对操作人员的健康影响。研究表明,智能喷药船的设计可改变传统的喷药模式,有助于推动水产养殖的技术进步。

Abstract: With the continuous updating of aquaculture varieties, diseases in aquaculture are constantly changing, clinical treatment is becoming more and more difficult, and the use of medicine is increasing. Aiming at the characteristics of high labor cost, high labor intensity and low efficiency caused by artificial spraying in large area aquaculture, a pond intelligent spraying boat is designed. In addition to the traditional hull, propeller and steering engine, the pond intelligent spraying boat also has an intelligent system composed of communication positioning module, electromechanical control module and remote control module based on Android platform. The route is planned with the remote control module, and the electromechanical control module is controlled with the communication positioning module on the boat, so as to achieve the purpose of operating the intelligent spraying boat to advance, turn and spray. The results show that after the route is planned by the intelligent spraying boat, compared with artificial spraying, the labor intensity is reduced by more than 90% and the efficiency of spraying is increased by 6.5 times. Moreover, the spraying is even, which reduces waste and reduces the impact of the drugs on health of the operators. The research shows that the design of intelligent spraying boat can change the traditional spraying mode and promote the technological progress of aquaculture.
