Design of intelligent feeding car for multi-layer sink-type industrialized recirculating aquaculture system#br#

摘要: 为解决多层水槽式工厂化循环水养殖模式中人工投料操作空间局促、劳动强度大、饲料利用率低等缺点,设计了一套基于K60单片机的小微型智能投饲车系统。该系统由寻迹小车、投饲装置和控制系统等组成,在特定投饲跑道上行驶,根据红外对管采集的轨道信息和压力传感器采集的饲料信息判别是否投饲或补料,进而实现智能定点定量投饲。初步试验运行结果显示,该系统运行稳定可靠,运行速度0.5~2.2 m/s,投饲的定位精度误差在2 cm以内,投饲量误差在10 g以内,基本满足设计要求。

Abstract: In order to solve the shortcomings such as restricted manual feeding operation space, high labor intensity and low feed utilization rate in the multi-layer sink-type industrialized recirculating aquaculture mode, a small and micro intelligent feeding car system based on K60 single-chip controller was designed. The system is composed of a tracing trolley, a feeding device and a control system, and runs on a specific feeding runway. Based on the track information collected by the infrared tube and the feed information collected by the pressure sensor, it is determined whether to feed or supplement, thereby achieving intelligent fixed-point and quantitative feeding. The preliminary test operation results show that the system is stable and reliable, the running speed is 0.5~2.2m/s, the positioning accuracy error of feeding is less than 2cm, and the feeding error is less than 10g, which basically meets the design requirements.
