绿鳍马面鲀工厂化养殖研究

Study on Thamnaconus septentrionalis under industrial aquaculture condition

摘要: 为探讨绿鳍马面鲀(Thamnaconus septentrionalis)幼鱼在工厂化养殖模式下的生长情况,在海水温度11.08~26.32 ℃条件下,以1月龄绿鳍马面鲀幼鱼为实验样本,进行为期9个月的养殖试验。结果显示,样本初始平均体质量(0.07±0.02)g、平均全长(1.59±0.33)cm增长到(143.20±10.32)g、(20.31±0.67)cm,平均增重量最大值为(44.15±5.74)g/月,平均日增重量(0.48±0.04)g/d;全长与日龄呈线性关系为:L= 0.069 3 x + 0.301 7 (R2 = 0.946 8),平均全长瞬时增长率为0.008;全长与体质量呈指数关系,回归方程式为:W= 0.014L3.0479 (R2 = 0.996 8),幂指数约等于3.0,为等比生长类型,第一背鳍长、体高都与全长呈线性关系;实验样本的生长状况受温度影响较大,在水温18.52~26.32℃时增重较快。研究表明,绿鳍马面鲀适合温水养殖,且生长速度快,有较好的开发前景。

Abstract: In order to understand the growth characteristics of juvenile Thamnaconus septentrionalis under industrial aquaculture condition, one month old juvenile Thamnaconus septentrionalis was taken as an experiment sample for cultivation of 9 months under sea water temperature of 11.08℃~26.32℃. The results indicated that: the initial average body weight and average total length of the sample increased from (0.07±0.02)g and (1.59±0.33)cm to (143.20±10.32)g and (20.31±0.67)cm respectively, with the maximum average weight gain of (44.15±5.74)g/month and daily average weight gain of (0.48±0.04)g/d. There was a linear relationship between the total length and age of days: L= 0.0 693 x + 0.3 017 (R2= 0.9468), with the instantaneous growth rate of average total length being 0.008. There was an exponential relationship between body weight and total length, i.e., regression equation: W= 0.014L3.0479 (R2 = 0.996 8), with the power exponent approximate to 3.0, which indicated an isogony; both the first dorsal fin length and body height had a linear relationship with the total length. The growth condition of the experiment sample was greatly influenced by the temperature, with the increment of body weight high at 18.52~26.32℃. The study indicated that Thamnaconus septentrionalis should be cultured in warm water for rapid growth, and presents a promising prospect for development.
