Abstract：In order to realize remote real-time monitoring of aquaculture water environment and ensure the accuracy of water quality sensor data collection, a water quality sensor monitoring and self-cleaning device is designed. The device is designed as a three-layer Internet of Things structure with monitoring transmission layer, integrated control layer and remote management layer. STM32 is used as the control core, and various water quality parameters are monitored in real time through ZigBee technology. The host computer monitoring interface is designed by LabVIEW to realize remote intelligent monitoring. The sensor bracket of self-cleaning device is designed as a deformable and movable structure. According to the monitoring requirements of water quality parameters, the deformation state of the bracket is automatically adjusted to complete the collection of water quality parameters and the automatic or manual cleaning of sensor probes. The monitoring results of water quality parameters are compared with the standard instrument by using the self-cleaning device in the breeding environment. The results show that sensors cleaned automatically on a regular basis can accurately monitor various water quality parameters in aquaculture and improve the monitoring precision. The research shows that the device runs stably and reliably, the data is accurate, and the probe is cleaned up, which has a good popularization and application value.
