大泷六线鱼幼鱼的摄食节律研究

Study on feeding rhythm of juvenile Hexagrammos otakii

摘要: 为优化大泷六线鱼(Hexagrammos otakii)幼鱼投喂策略,探讨了大泷六线鱼幼鱼的昼夜摄食节律及不同时间投喂对其生长的影响。采用分段式连续投喂法(将一昼夜划分为 8 个时段,设1个处理,每天投喂 8 次)和一次饱食投喂法(将一昼夜划分为 8 个时段,每个时段作1个处理,每天每个处理投喂 1 次)研究昼夜摄食节律。结果显示:(1)两组试验均较好地反映出大泷六线鱼幼鱼24 h为一周期的摄食节律,一昼夜2个摄食高峰,上午9:00,下午15:00或18:00;(2)一次饱食投喂试验结果表明,不同时段投喂的幼鱼饲料效率和特定生长率有显著性差异(P<0.05),9:00、12:00和18:00试验效果较好。研究表明,在实际生产中,建议每天上午9:00和下午18:00分两次投喂。

Abstract: In order to optimize the feeding strategy for juvenile Hexagrammos otakii, the feeding rhythm and effects of feeding time on growth of juvenile H. otakii were studied. A continuous feeding treatment with fixed intervals (one day was divided into eight time periods, one treatment was set only, the feeding was carried out eight times a day) and a once satiation feeding treatment (one day was divided into eight time periods, one treatment was set for each time period, and the feeding in each treatment was carried out once a day) were adopted. The results showed that: (1) Juvenile H. otakii exhibit a 24 h diet feeding rhythm under two feeding scenarios. Two feeding peaks a day occurred at 9:00 and 15:00 or 18:00; (2) There were significant differences in feed efficiency and specific growth rate at different time periods (P<0.05) under the once satiation feeding treatment. There were better test results at 09:00, 12:00 and 18:00. The study showed that, in practice, it is recommended to feed the juvenile H. otakii 2 times every day at 9:00 and 18:00.
